The parade was a big success and the turn out by local residents was fantastic.
Thanks to all who supported the parade and the local produce and craft fayre at Nomad.
Also, well done to Carol and Phil Evans of Gowerton who won the best dressed House competition. They did a spectacular job and brought much joy to local residents and children with their amazing display of festive lights. The prize kindly donated by Mr Peter Carey was a delicious Sunday lunch for two at Gowerton Con Club.
Well done to all the entries and a big thanks to Mr Terry Nicholls for taking the photos.
Rev Alex Pye arranged carol singing for the village which was well attended. The Reverend led local residents through the streets to sing carols. They finished up at the Con Club where Peter Cary supplied mulled wine and mince pies.
Well done to all involved. The festive spirit was truly in Gowerton the weekend of 19/20 December!
